Set within the lush landscape of Garden by the Brook, Shamshabad, the GBTB Club House is a thoughtfully designed social hub crafted for Sumadhura Builders. We designed two distinct clubhouses in this vibrant residential community, both rooted in a vision of blending luxury, leisure, and architectural character. The design reflects a modern, clean aesthetic that sits in harmony with the natural surroundings. Large volumes, earthy textures, and strategically framed views create a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere.

From fitness zones to social lounges and indoor games areas, every space is planned to encourage interaction while offering moments of quiet retreat. What sets the GBTB Club Houses apart is the interplay of solid and void, light and shade, brought to life through minimal material palettes, curated lighting, and functional spatial planning.
