Rewa House
Rewa House is a G+2 private residence designed to bring together function, form, and modern living. Set within an urban neighborhood, the house embraces clean geometry, volumetric balance, and material sophistication to create a home that is both luxurious and rooted in simplicity. The architectural massing is strategically planned across three levels—ground, first, and second floor—where each floor serves a unique purpose for private and social life. The front façade plays with projections and recesses, offering dynamic light and shadow through the day while maintaining a modern minimalist tone.

Large glazing panels allow natural light to flood the interiors while vertical fins and screen elements provide privacy and climate control. A neutral palette of stone, exposed textures, and wood-finished surfaces defines the visual identity, balancing solidity with elegance. The ground floor houses formal and family living spaces, integrated with landscaped sit-outs. The first floor comprises private bedrooms and lounge zones, while the second floor extends into guest quarters and a semi-open terrace area that encourages interaction with the outdoors. Every inch of Rewa House has been meticulously planned to respond to lifestyle needs, environmental orientation, and aesthetics, resulting in a design that stands the test of time both in function and form.
