Elite Penthouse

Designing the interior of an elite penthouse is no small accomplishment. It requires a careful synthesis of the client’s wishes and the designer’s expansive knowledge of the field. Creating a living space that is both luxurious and speaks to the individual’s needs and tastes requires a great, holistic understanding of contemporary materials, textures, patterns, and colors as well as a deep appreciation for traditional customs and principles.

The brief for the elite penthouse was quite daunting. The client wanted a luxurious home that was comfortable, timeless, and grandiose. The interior design team had to find a way to combine classic opulence with modern chic designs and fixtures while staying respectful of the client’s requests.

The design employed various techniques, beginning with the choice of key elements that would form the foundation of the aesthetics. They determined the floor dimensions and materials, such as Italian tiles, handcrafted furniture, unique imported floorings, and wooden deck floors. The shaped the walls with natural stone to create a warm and inviting ambiance. Additionally, the walls and bed backrest were further accented with chrome and gold elements to add a hint of grandeur to the penthouse.

To improve the functionality of the structure, the ceilings were raised up to 11 feet tall, with a centralized air conditioning system. An open sits out in the NW of the house was also included to allow for ample natural morning light and ventilation.

The house was also fitted with numerous amenities for improved comfort, highlighting the importance of luxury living. An open theatre with a bar and a spacious garden area were added. The client’s wishes for an infinity pool, a luxury sauna, a spa, and an indoor and outdoor gym were included, too. To complete the ultimate experience in elite living, a magnificent island kitchen and a home theatre were installed.

Overall, the design of the penthouse is a vivid depiction of how contemporary living can be refined and elevated. Taking into account all the desires of the client, the team managed to implement a luxurious and contemporary penthouse, complete with all the essential amenities.
