In crafting the interior of an exclusive penthouse, the aim is to create a sumptuous, befitting yet practical and comfortable living space. Being able to use an abundance of natural light and space to design a space that mirrors the sophistication and class of the property’s inhabitants is an exciting and unique challenge. When it comes to designing an elite penthouse, special attention must be paid to materials and fixtures that demonstrate the highest sense of opulence and style.

This particular penthouse offers a plethora of features, including a rooftop infinity swimming pool, luxury sauna, spa, both indoor and outdoor gyms, and even an open theater with a bar. The ultimate in luxury also includes a large island kitchen that also has an in-house servant room providing convenience and privacy. The penthouse comprises of three bedrooms, all with their own en-suites and walk-in closets. The master bathroom also offers a luxurious soaking bath. All three rooms benefit from natural light that beams in through the 200 square feet (sft) of open seating in the northwest of the house.
